SVLTE STUDIO ships internationally to selected destinations, including the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and supported European countries.

Available destinations depend on the shipping options displayed at checkout.

Order Processing and Handling Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Handling time refers to the time required to prepare an order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include handling time.

Orders may take longer to process during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified if a significant delay occurs.

3. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility. If a shipment is sent under a confirmed Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service, the applicable terms for that shipment will apply.

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear.
